Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
All participants must register through the online registration form. Payment via the online payment system is recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the OEMC Conference Office on or before September 30, 2021 in order for registration fees to be refunded. Substitutions can be made if a colleague can take your place.
- Up to and including September 30, 2021: Registration fee will be refunded less $40 administration fee.
- After September 30, 2021: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.

*HST at 13% is applicable on all registration and ticket fees.
**OEEDC membership is accorded to the individual. However, Ontario East is pleased to extend the membership registration rate to any employee of a municipality or organization with at least one employee with an individual Ontario East membership.
Full registration includes: Access to Virtual Conference for the full duration of the event Wednesday, October 20 and Thursday, October 21, 2021. Access to OEMC Regional Reception of choice on Wednesday, October 20 (to be determined on the registration form).
One-day registration includes: Access to Virtual Conference for one day on either Wednesday, October 20 OR Thursday, October 21, 2021. Access to OEMC Regional Reception of choice on Wednesday, October 20 (to be determined on the registration form).
