Terms & Conditions of Registration

Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

All participants must register through the online registration form. Payment via the online payment system is recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.

Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the oemc@ontarioeast.caon or before July 1, 2024 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:

  • Up to and including July 1, 2024: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
  • After July 1, 2024: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.

Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated through advance registration.

**Ontario East membership is accorded to the individual. However, Ontario East is pleased to extend the membership registration rate to any employee of a municipality or organization with at least one employee with an individual Ontario East membership.

Full registration includes: 1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Thursday onsite Banquet, lunch Wednesday and Thursday, access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions. Please note Thursday breakfast will be offered at Vendor Breakfast Sessions which are included in the Full registration fee. More details will be available once the Program is finalized.

Wednesday registration includes: Lunch, and access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions on Wednesday, September 11. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.

Thursday registration includes: Access to Vendor Breakfast Session, Lunch, and access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions on Thursday, September 12. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.

Exhibitor staff registration includes: 1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Thursday onsite Banquet, lunch Wednesday and Thursday, access to exhibit hall. Available to exhibitors only.

Social Event Package includes: 1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Thursday onsite Banquet, lunch Wednesday and Thursday.
