Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
All participants must register through the online registration form. Payment via the online payment system is recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the OEMC Conference Office on or before August 24, 2020 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:
- Up to and including August 24, 2020: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
- After August 24, 2020: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated through advance registration.

Full registration includes: 1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Wednesday Taste of the Town, 1 ticket to Thursday Banquet, lunch Wednesday and Thursday, access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions.
Wednesday registration includes: Lunch, and access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions on Wednesday, September 16. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.
Thursday registration includes: Lunch, and access to exhibit halls and all educational sessions on Thursday, September 17. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.
Friday registration includes: Access to all educational sessions on Friday, September 18. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.
Exhibitor staff registration includes: 1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Wednesday Taste of the Town, 1 ticket to Thursday BBQ Dinner Reception, lunch Wednesday and Thursday, access to exhibit hall. Available to exhibitors only.
Social Event Package includes: 1 ticket to the President’s Reception Wednesday, 1 ticket for Wednesday Taste of the Town, 1 ticket to Thursday Banquet.
