SUPPLEMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES

Delegate Bag (1 available)

Have your logo displayed on the bag delegates receive at registration. Your logo will be seen throughout the conference when attendees carry their bag around to exhibits and session rooms.

Delegate Pens (1 available)

Maintaining a brand presence with delegates after the event. The sponsor’s logo can be on the outside of the pad and include a tag line. Pens will be given to all delegates during registration.

Vendor Session – $295.00SOLD

This will be an opportunity for companies to present their products/services or timely subject matter relevant to the OEMC delegates. Please contact Megan Lyons at mlyons@eventsmgt.com for more information on this opportunity.

EXHIBIT SPACE – $1,195.00 PER BOOTH

Entitlements

• 10’ wide booth
• One nametag for each booth. This nametag is your admission ticket to the Wednesday lunch and reception (wine & cheese), Thursday lunch and BBQ Banquet, and all refreshment breaks during exhibit times
• Side and back drapery
• One 6’ skirted table
• Two chairs
• One electrical outlet

Booth locations will be allocated by sponsorship level together with first-come, first-served basis, based on the date the agreement is received by the OEMC Head Office*. A floorplan will be provided to exhibitors prior to the show.

*Companies that participated in OEMC in 2017 have first right of refusal on their sponsored item and/or to secure an exhibit booth. This right must be exercised by February 12, 2018.
After February 12, 2018, all available sponsorship opportunities and booths will be offered to the waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsorships are non-refundable once confirmed by the sponsor. Exhibitor cancellation prior to June 1, 2018 will result in a $400.00 administration fee. No refunds will be allowed after June 1, 2018. Failure to appear at the Exhibition does not release the Exhibitor from responsibility for full payment.

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS

Due to the increasing amount of interest in exhibiting at the Ontario East Municipal Conference, exhibit booths have been resized to 10’ width x 10’ depth depending on your exhibit location. Please let us know if you require a 10’ w booth as soon as possible. A standard booth includes:

• 10’ wide booth space
• Side and back drapery
• One 6’  skirted table
• Two chairs
• One electrical outlet
• One complimentary booth staff (includes admission ticket to the Wednesday lunch and reception (wine & cheese), Thursday lunch and BBQ Banquet, and all refreshment breaks during exhibit times)
