Nigel Bellchamber and Fred Dean will take you through the multiple pieces of legislation that can affect you personally, and provide you with their tips on how you can minimize the chances of someone being able to damage your reputation and your personal finances because you are a member of a municipal council or staff member.

Fred has practiced municipal law in Ontario for over 40 years, and enjoys coaching and training both staff and elected officials, by way of conference presentations, webinars and sessions with individual councils.

Nigel has been a CAO, a Treasurer, a senior staff recruiter, a part time college and university instructor and held a number of volunteer leadership positions with organizations such as AMO, PSAB and OMAA.
